Shipping

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

 Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. The FLOOR914 team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted. We are not responsible for your mistakes.
